Principal's Message for August 18, 2016

Principal Message: David L. Ortiz

Welcome Back: On behalf of our school community, it is my honor to welcome you back to school. Our staff is anxious to collaborate with you to inspire, challenge, and support our students to achieve their academic goals and continue their character development. Central to La Colina’s success has been positive relationships and school culture, and emphasis on “team.” Classes will be posted on Friday, 8-19-16 at 4:00 on the auditorium front doors. If your child’s name is “blacked out” it means that a requirement remains due, (e.g., immunization, resident form, or emergency card). The first day of school is Monday, 8-22-16 at 8:30. Traffic will be heavy. I advise drop-offs by 8:15. Please use our parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups. Our neighboring roadways such as Calle Cita, Harrold Ave., Carol Ln., and La Barbara Wy. are private access areas, and as such, are off limits. Please contact me if you have any questions, suggestions, or feedback. Go Lions!!
